Welcome to the Dubverse.ai Affiliate Program! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate ("Affiliate") of Dubverse.ai ("Dubverse," "we," or "us"). By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Affiliate Agreement:
By signing up to be an Affiliate, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided by Dubverse from time to time. Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by Dubverse, and we reserve the right to refuse or revoke approval for any reason, at our discretion.
Promotional Methods:
As an Affiliate, you agree to promote Dubverse.ai through ethical and legitimate means. You may promote Dubverse.ai through channels such as your website, blog, email newsletters, and social media accounts, provided that such promotion complies with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Bidding on pay-per-click (PPC) keywords related to Dubverse.ai, including but not limited to brand keywords ("Dubverse.ai," "Dubverse," "Dub verse") and generic keywords ("online dubbing," "video dubbing," "subtitles," "text to speech," etc.).
Running ads, including but not limited to Facebook ads or any other form of paid advertising, for Dubverse.ai without prior written consent from Dubverse.
Commission Structure:
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate links. Commissions will be paid according to the terms outlined in the Affiliate Program agreement.
Voiding of Sales or Commissions:
Dubverse reserves the right to void any sale or sales commission at any point in time, at our discretion. Reasons for voiding sales or commissions may include, but are not limited to, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or failure to comply with Dubverse's policies.
Modification of Terms:
Dubverse reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for updates and changes. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any modifications to the Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.
Termination:
Dubverse reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate Program or any Affiliate's participation in the program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
By participating in the Dubverse.ai Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Affiliate Program.
